Autobrite have just advertised a new product for white cars. I'll see if I can find it in their Facebook posts

Has it been machine polished or done by hand? It's all in the preparation.

Most waxes or sealants will work fine.

Is this on the Focus? (I think it's you that had one recently). If so then I get very good results with 3M or Menzerna polishes by machine. By hand then GTechniq P1 is very good by all accounts. Although I haven't tried it myself.

Where are you based?

Yes Carl its the Focus, its not been machined yet, but I didn't really want to go down that route myself has although I can use the machine polisher I have? I'm just not confident enough to go all out on a brand new car :chicken: :sad1:

Ill have a look at your suggestions mate going to go on cleanyourcar has I have an account with them.

I'm in Leeds Carl

Cheers Mike will have a look for that and see what I can get hold of, I do have some Colonite but find it quite hard to use,

Most people on DW would suggest a sealant for white - I use the Werkstat Acrylic Kit, it's easy to apply, even I can get good results :rolleye:
it's also easy to top up & maintain

Gone - Candy White MK5 Golf GTI (you never really forget your first true love...!)
MK7 Candy White GTI pp - you can never have enough eye candy

Seen good results on white using both dodo supernatural hybrid, a sealant wax hybrid. And also using diamond white as just a wax.

I found it easy, not difficult at all. Just make sure your paint is in good condition before you apply, make sure you use carpro eraser/ ipa or panel wipe before you apply.
It's easily topped up with carpro reload aswell,
I'll be putting some artdeshine coating on it in the next couple of months, will be interesting to see how it compares.
