Or I could just do a bad job and not worry about customers comments and feedback , just. Pay £10,000 a year for adverts and pay forums to keep my name good by removing bad posts.

If doing a good job for every customer gets me there feedback and recomendations then I will continue to keep all customers happy and ask them to let others know what we do.

It's a no win situation for me.
