Gear linkage, HELP!

This doesnt look right and i think is the cause of my lever springing back to the centre when in 1st, 2nd, 5th and 6th (it still stays in gear and drives but looks like its in neutral)

Can't watch the vid on my iPhone but visually it looks exact to mine. I'll watch the vid when I get home.
