Doesnt look like there are any spigot rings. What is the standard center bore of the wheels? VW standard center bore is 57.1 and spigot rings should have been provided with the wheels if they do not match.

Well in the end it turned out that the wheel balancing was massively out, Apparently to have the weights on the far inside of the wheel (none visible) you do a static balancing (which they were correct for) but when compared with Dynamic Balancing where weights are on both sides they were massively unbalanced (Think 50g +).
Its a shame because the wheels look better with no visible weights but having had them re-done i now have no vibration at all so it appears to be a success
, at least it wasnt too expensive,
