Sony Experia Z tablet connectivity help!
« on: August 18, 2013, 02:37:55 pm »
I have just purchased a Sony Experia Z tablet and I want to be able to connect it to the internet other than with wifi as I am going to an area which might only have Ethernet cable.
I have seen some adapters which plug into the micro usb port but I am unsure which one to get.

Any help or pointers gratefully received.

If its anything like the Xperia X10 I had before the iPhone 5 you'll be wanting to ditch it way before the 2 years is up.

Regarding the tablet, aren't there any Sony recommended ones on their website?  My money would be on one they recommend... They more than likely make a Sony branded one... :happy2:

A colleague just got a Sony Xperia Z Ultra. Its ridiculous. He looks like an idiot with it, although it does come with a smaller device for answering calls.

Yes the Z Ultra is very large, the Z is the same size as the Samsung Galaxy S3/4 I think.

Think I have sorted it by purchasing a travel WiFi hub that plugs into available Ethernet cable giving my own small WiFi!

You can use your mobile to do that too mate... Essentially tethering from tablet to moby. :happy2:
