Squeaking from rear!!
« on: August 27, 2013, 12:33:31 pm »
No it's not my rear end squeaking!!

Seems to be coming from the centre arm rest that folds down in the rear seats and the plastic and leather rubbing together?

Anyone else have/had this and managed to fix?

Maybe some cloth tape between the two materials would resolve?

I had that noise on mine, mine was fixed by making sure the rear boot shelf was clipped into position properly

ive got a noise.. that bugs the hell out of me..

If your sitting up the front.. it sounds like theres a "dripping" noise coming from the rear passenger side..

Obvious question answered.. its not water as the floors are bone dry and you can hear it when theres no rain etc..

I maybe think it might be the rear parcel shelf stay weight but if that was the case why am i only hearing it on one side?
