just swapped over my cd changer for ipod dock in armrest, is there a way I can get it to charge my ipod as it says it not supported????

Just about 100% sure the arm rest docks will not charge the iPods/iPhones at all

Newer MDI units will charge most, iPod docks will only charge the older Apple equipment.
