I vote for Asymmetric 2 but you need to put them on the rear and put your rears at the front for stable handling. Scrub in for the Asymmetrics' is around 500-1000 miles.
Without traction power is nothing!

Nonsense... Goodyear F1 Assy2s will run rings around PS3s. The PS3 is a hard compound tyre...

Running Goodyear Asymmetric 2's all round on my GTI and really rate them.  They get my vote!
OEM+ 2005 GTI DSG (high factory standard spec and upgraded with S3 alloy hubs, S3 alloy wishbones, Bilstein B8s and VWR springs by my own hands) owned since 2008 and still loving it!

Another vote for Assy 2's  :happy2: much better in the dry and wet (and quieter) than the Bridgestone potenza's that are on the new wheels...

Having used both i can quite confidently say not a cat in hells chance! GY Assym 2 are a lot better than PS3 by some margin. That's not me saying PS3 are a bad tyre as they aren't. It's the A2 are better.
