Wow I didn't know what spamming meant i never  bothered to look up what it meant ,won't affect me personally though , anyway suppose we have every member post their crb/ basic disclosure check results before they can access the fs section

Im not sure how that would work legally as the forum would therefore be holding peoples personal information.

I'm with Richwig on this one. Although I am all for a safer environment for us all, this would be IMHO unworkable!

A CRB check is:
1. over the top
2. costly (think £60?)
3. wouldn't necessary stop stuff happening - the scammer might have never been caught before.

You know what's worse?

People posting up threads of things for sale without any pictures of the items.
That is both really annoying and I think poor practise ... No picture, no for sale thread?

Totally agree. I don't know anyone who'd go and buy something without seeing it first.

In light of this and other similar threads my approach is to acting like a prefect -scrutinising and watching other people's conduct on here which I shouldn't be doing but I can't help it now
