I will be in the market for one soon too, it seems to be quite difficult to get a DSG 3 door ed30 or pirelli. Not sure the pirelli is worth the extra over an ed30.

Think I'll be going for the GTI option with a few factory extras/low milage if one comes up that I like as its safice enough for me power wise and fun enough and more affordable.. Decided to wait till after uni for an ed30 or an S3 now as I'd rather have that little bit of spare cash in the bank for a rainy day.. He says.. Probably be a victim of falling down the slippery slope of buying mods
