Probably need to see what code it's throwing. Mine comes on after bring cleared but it hasn't been mapped out.
I'll check the fault code in vcds.
If you can do the same, and compare to mine it will help narrow it down.

Follow the guide, it's not that hard as long as you have the bits to join the pipe work.

You can drive safely until egr is mapped out.
You will get the error light on instrument cluster but the car will drive fine.

Nice one for producing this guide, I want to do it but I don't have the tools required and fear I'll mess something up. I noticed you are in Preston? I'm also located there too, if I were to pay you do you reckon you'd be able to do it for me?

Cheers.

Hi,
I could do it for you.
Do you want the cooler removing too?
Are you getting an egr delete kit from dark side?
What engine do you have?

I may not be able to do it for a few weeks though.

Hi Buddy, It's not a darkside kit but its very similar yeah ideally if you could delete the cooler aswell that would be grand. It's a BMN engine. Yeah thats fine bud - just let me know when your free and how much you want and I can bring it down  :happy2:

Thanks Jas,

Absolutely awesome guide! ...Only trouble is I can't see a single photo thanks to Photobucket!
Any chance you could email the pdf as the drive link isn't working? That would be brilliant if you could

Cheers,

Rob

Sorry for delay!
I've updated the pdf link on the initial post.
I'll move the pics to a different hosting items when I get chance.

In the mean time, I think there is a Google chrome extension you can install that makes the photobucket images work, but that won't work on your phone I don't think.
