Im not one for spoiling good car pictures with scantily clad ladies (in this instance) either.

maybe even make an electronic version/screensaver pics available buy?

Shout if you want any help 

CD Case format is cost effective and also easy to work with. Also keep in mind that most people dont have extremely high res cameras and in order to do a large print out (such as a hanging calendar for the kitchen) this is required unless you want a blurry picture.

Also keep in mind that it needs to be packaged in such a way that it wont break whilst being abused by the postal service.
