Did anyone buy these off the bay?  Seems like a very very good deal to me, I was watching them, however spent my cash elsewhere..........

I have been watching these for a few weeks and would have bought them if i had not found something different. They are the only big brake set up that dont need a spacer.  :happy2:

And funny enough they have been on there for ages with no bids and i was going to take a punt with a cheeky bid of £1200. i wish i had now.  :booty:

I put the first bid in of £1250.  Forgot all about it until I got the "you havn't won email" Can't believe I lost out by £20.
Laser Blue with K04 power, APR hardware controlled by REVO 2+ software
Chassis by KW V3's, Whiteline and a hint of PRO race 1.2's
Brakes by Brembo 4 pots

....He suggested he would be open to other GB's when I visited him :happy2:

Those 6-pots are a bit overkill for the Mk5 GTI unless you track a heck of a lot or race (according to AP themselves) and renewing the pads will cost ya dear! 4-pot will do very nicely.

I have to agree RR.  But for £1250 I couldn't resist.  Pity they went for £1270.

i wanted them when i had my car, but the guy wanted to much for them at the time, he bought them for his demo car but opted out of using them , £1200 was a bargain, they are £2500 new i think
