Interesting MX5 track crash!
« on: September 13, 2013, 06:02:49 pm »
Saw this on piston heads then sky insurance posted it up on their weekly news thing, and this is truly something. Hope the MSA does something, as it seems a deliberate move, not to mention poor driving. I've experience my fair share of poor driving, whilst at high speed, but thankfully nothing like this. The guys life is owed to the safety mods on the MX5!

That's not racing, he wasn't protecting a line into a corner, he saw him coming and swerved... just pure evilness, should be banned or at the very least a kicking for what could have killed somone.

That's terrible - you can actually see him turn his head, looking in the mirror just before he moves across. No question that this was nothing other than a deliberate action IMHO.
Hope he has whatever racing licence he has revoked, and hope the other chap was ok!
