Hi guys,
Well I thought I'd fit the bury kit into my golf that used to be in my Skoda superb. Easy I thought! All went well with the fitting, screen in nice place, Mic up by mirror, all wires hidden. Great, I thought! Turned ignition on and nothing, now. I didn't fit it last time, but I thought it took power from back of radio, must of been wrong. So I searched online and everything seems to suggest cigarette lighter has a switched live, so ran the live from the bury loom to the red wire with black stripe going to lighter socket (middle pin), tried again, but now it's permanently on!
Help!!!! Where have I gone wrong?
