I use Y shaped plastic trim removers, cheap on ebay. You're best getting spare clips from a dealer though as some will probably break
Used to have Edition 30 - number 009 and a GT TDI 140.
Now have an S4 B8 Avant (stage 2)

Clips from the dealer, TPS, eBay or Boldsport and a few more no doubt. Cost peanuts for loads of them.

Clip remover......

These look like aftermarket door clips

Something like this is cheap and useful

Or sacrifice an old fork to make a V with a bit tape on to prevent scraping your door

There is no need to remove the cards :happy2:
Those tools linked by SKARD are the way to go even when the ends become worn they can be fixed by a Stanley knife to give years of long service :happy2:

Haven't done them, but fuel flap switch means the drivers side should come off?

The fuel switch can be fitted without removing the card.I read about it on this forum so it must be true
I did it myself  by creating a gap at the bottom of the door card and removing/refitting through the gap
No broken bent clips as long as they are aligned before thumping the card back in place

^^*^ PITA with the door card on. Its still best to take the door card off (or at least release it from the door) when fitting the Fuel Flap switch.
