K04 or Remap or ED30? I'm boring myself now!

Hi all

So as some of you know, My GTI is a Non-Remapped 2006 DSG with virtually every option on it (Full Leather, Xenons, Smoked Rear lights, Cruise Control, RCD510). Plus its got ED30 suspension, ED30 bumpers/skirts. Full VW history blah blah blah and recent respray! Milage is a little high at 82k but I like to think its mint...

I've come from having a Stage 1 'Roc R so I'm craving the extra power.

What do you guys think?

1. Remap the K03 to Stage 1+
2. K04 Stage 1
3. ED30 (Can I get an ED30 with all of the options I have - Full Leather etc?)

Will I notice the extra 30 or so bhp I'd gain from K04'ing the BWA?

Realistically, unless I save for a while, I've only got 1-1.5k to spend max.

Ed30 suspension is the same on both gti and ed30.

Imo get a stage 1 remap as your car stands. It transforms the car.

Then should you go k04 or futher with modifications the cost is dramatically reduced for a map change.

On a side note ill be selling my k04 kit in the next few months leading upto Christmas.

It will be everything needed and I haven't decided on a price yet, ill be looking at previous sales and taking into account its only done 3500miles.

Have a search in the for sale section and you will get an idea of prices.

I still need to aquire a k03 turbo before I can swap anyway.
