I do fear though that this will not be the end of the hassle for the driver

He should claim damages for this, not just for himself but also for his wife and daughter!!!

This is America, he will probably file claims, they will counter claim, it will likely result in huge payouts of ridiculous sums of money......................

P.S. if a Biker pulled in front of me and brake checked me and I was then surrounded by lots of Bikers, I would likely have done the same, the guy smashing the window with his helmet at the very end of the clip is lucky he did not get a bullet to the face!
