Swap to rubber floor mats
Is this not a little dangerous? Wet sole slipping off the brake pedal?

I have never found it a problem

Maybe it only happens to slippy bottom fashion shoes

Which i don't wear

Think it's very dependant on the driving you do and your location/s.  I love winter tyres and they'll be going on again this year when temp hits high singles.

What, like off the rubber pad on the brake pedal? I normally use rubber mats and have never had an issue with my foot slipping. NEVER.

I find onitsuka tigers, vans and new leather soled shoes lethal on a wet pedal... love Air presto's though.

Winter wheels/tyres will be going on November time, when temps get low enough.

As my new job means a daily commute of 25miles to work, i'll stick the usual shovel, warm coat etc in the boot.

I'm going to turn the heating up and turn on my heated seats. Job done!
