Swissvax endurance is an amazing winter wax! great protection and shine.  either that or just go down the sealent route like a Waxtec Hard Jacket.

I always use Collinite marque de elegance as a winter wax, it's easier to apply and I've seen tests that show it last longer than the 476, I'm on my 3rd tub now so I've waxed a few cars using it now - the only thing I don't like is the metal tub - only because it rusts up way before you run out of wax.
