I did this around 30k to revision D, car has now done 80k and the boost doesn't feel as sharp, time to change again?

I've got a Rev G on and have it checked at very service to make sure all is ok. If it doesn't feel as sharp anymore might be worth a change

Gave my car an oil service and new DV today, I thoroughly inspected the old rev C (I think it was C) and it looked fine but the car felt so much more alive with the new G.
Could just be all in my head though!

It forms a better seal as it utilises a rubber diaphragm. The D apparently leaks a little by design.

I just went with what GSF had in stock as I didn't want to wait.
When you've taken it out you will see the rubber seal which connects to the piston/diaphragm if there's no rips/holes it should be good to go but if you've done 60k on it AND you've already got it out it would be rude no to replace it lol

Really easy, it's a bit fiddly but manageable. I did it with a set of Allan keys and only one wheel jacked up and I'm by no means a mechanic! I always think if you can't get it off take it to a mechanic and if you can then just do again in reverse fitting the new part lol
good luck buddy
