Armrest retro fit guide

Buying a armrest off nadlad top bloke to deal with but I could do with a how to I've seen a few guides to download but all the links I can find are dead any help would be great.

You may not be able to get it fitted flush as it would come out from the factory but well worth the upgrade anyway.
