So recently i have been having strange boost issues, when i put my foot down the revs will climb and the turbo will kick in around 2.5/3k revs, ill then change gear and the turbo will kick in at higher revs and ill have a period of time with a lack of power when accelerating. Sometimes the turbo wont kick in until 5k revs, i thought maybe it was the DV so i purchased a replacement and have just fitted it, however looking at the old one it looks fine with no signs of tears or holes. What are my options now?
When i drive i can hear the turbo whistle when accelerating and there will be a lack of power until eventualy it kicks in :/
Any ideas?
