Right all,

I can't look at my gear stick any more....it looks like it's done 100,000 miles worn and tatty and done less than half of that!! I know they are rare to buy and wondered if anybody has done there own DIY to bring it back?

If anybody has attempted it please feel free to throw some advice about?
