Just out of interest Al, what made you want to go with the Tartan from full leather?

Mainly as I have never had full leather, and since I did then I realised how cold it is
That and I just wanted something different for the seats, just to make them look a little better in my opinion.

:signLOL: Cool. Looks very OEM+, I like it. Personally I would have kept them as they were though but as long as your happy, that's all that matters.  :happy2: there's no keeping up with you though in the modding scene

^ That is soooo very cooool!  :notworthy: Nice touch!

I think you've got the best of both worlds, Al: Cloth where you need it most and leather where you need it most. I wouldn't be at all worried about the .:R logo - I went through asking myself exactly the same questions. The .:R is all Golf. It's really not going to stop anyone buying either your car or your seats if/when you sell one day. Can you imagine someone saying no to it because of the .:R logo? Nah!

Love the upgraded interior mate.  :happy2:

The GTI isn't just a machine. It's very much a living, breathing thing.

That looks really good, you could imagine it was straight from the factory.

Nice touch with the gear gaiter

Thanks very much, that is the look I am after really, to anyone not into Veedubs it could look like I haven't done anything to the car, but to people who know then they appreciate the little touches.

Great touches there Al.

I have to disagree with Greeners about the Gearstick gaitor. I think that looks very OEM and not OTT imho.
