Recommended tyre pressure and alignment settings

Im currently on 18x8.5J ET35 running on 225/40/18 tyres.

Am going to do a long road trip drive up the canyons which include mostly 80% Highway high speed pounding and 20% mountain driving .

What Tyre pressure would you guys recommend me and also for alignment how much toe ,camber and caster would you recommend on a stock mk6 gti  :driver:
