Whether you get a penalty or not may depend on a number of factors and particularly the type of mask and whether it can be deemed to be interfering with your driving with due care and attention.Then there is the consideration about whether the mask is deemed as likely to adversely effect other road users.Your attitude towards any Police who stop you will also strongly influence what happens, and quite rightly so. The fact that you refer to them as "Rozzers" doesn't bode well.
