.
 I was completely taken in by that video and until the end bedroom scene I thought they were both absolute tools but the Golf driver more so.

The lesson is that it's wiser never to express your anger or irritation towards other drivers because you never know who you are dealing with. I have been threatened with a knife and also have witnessed a driver smashing up the headlights of another driver's car with a crowbar. They're simply not worth it and you're going to come across at least one idiot driver (in a hoodie or wearing a mask? ) every day you drive.

Whether you get a penalty or not may depend on a number of factors and particularly the type of mask and whether it can be deemed to be interfering with your driving with due care and attention.

Then there is the consideration about whether the mask is deemed as likely to adversely effect other road users.

Your attitude towards any Police who stop you will also strongly influence what happens, and quite rightly so. The fact that you refer to them as "Rozzers" doesn't bode well.

Just a bit of banter really lol, Rozzers well, James May gets away with it on Top Gear LOL..

wear a burka, seems absoloutly fine for some of our asian friends to do so when driving and shopping, even though when a kid goes anywhere near a shop to buy some sweets with his hood up he gets thrown out.  Wear what you like and when you get pulled say its your relegion haha, (dont actually do that)

....Most masks of the halloween type reduce vision, whereas a burka usually doesn't.

An awful lot of people who’ve never even had a conversation with a woman who wears the veil feel fully entitled to assume their views on the subject and consequently misrepresent them.

Unfortunately because a few scumbags shoplift and wear their hoodies up to conceal their identity, shopkeepers feel obliged to react. A kid has the choice to put his/her hood down when going into anywhere indoors.

Some idiots wear hoodies while driving and that restricts their peripheral vision.

Thats a bit of a foul comment there mate, Im a asina Muslim have you ever spoken to lady in a burka?

anyway lets stick to the subject..
