Looks like a good set up.

Have a look at adding some engine mounts, either Vibra Technics or THS or at least the lower engine mount and dog bone bush.

Also worth considering (they are not cheap though) the Unibrace products, the UB, XB and RB.

Forget about H&R Monotube coilovers on track. You WILL suffer from drive shaft issues.
Too many guys did this before.
H&R Clubsports (RSS & RSA) are the way to go (or KW Clubsports, AST etc., but at least
Sachs, Bilstein, VWR). I'd keep the Eibach springs and get Bilstein B8 or replace them
with a Bilstein B12 Pro.

What sort of issues do they create?

First I've heard of it. How can they cause driveshaft issues?

On both German and American GTI forums it's a very well known issue, mates.

The H&R Mono has too much travel (at bump), so that the drive shaft touches the frame.
This is the case on track and sometimes even on street.

H&R Mono:

FK:

Remember the right-hand (driver side in the UK) driveshaft is longer than the left-hand:

Not an issue with most coilovers. Many H&R owners reported this, some KW V1-V3 and
FK owners, but as far as I know no AST, VWR, Sachs and Bilstein owners.

Even when I fit the ultralow versions I don't see this issue.

Sold and fitted loads of these coilovers and not seen this issue yet.  Maybe just running them at a realistic height means there isn't too much travel and more preload on the spring.

Are you saying it's a very well known issue to somebody that uses the German and American forums?

Right, mate.

I really wonder why so few people here didn't know about that issue yet.
