There is a difference between discussing performance and bragging about racing on a public highway.
These kind of discussions can lead severe legal implications for both the original poster and potentially the site, so it is a site rule that posts like "I was doing 100000000mph against a SLR on the M6......." are removed and OP warned about these kind of posts.
You may think this is a load of BS, but a number of people on this site know a guy who is currently serving lengthy driving ban due to something posted on the internet.
