New Boy From Fife.
« on: October 26, 2013, 11:50:12 pm »
Hi all, my names Jason and I'm from Fife in Scotland. Had a good few VWs since I started driving, mainly polo gti's, but finally decided to get my hands on a Mk5. Finally found a lovely candy white 2006 GTI that I had to have. Got the car back in February and joined the forum to get some inspiration, must say I have been given plenty, also a wee bitty jealous. Thought I'd best introduce myself to.

Got a few ideas in my noggin so just waiting for the new year before I start to put anything into action.

Itching to get started though. Can't help myself.

Welcome mate. I'm from Edinburgh although I've got a dirty diesel. :ashamed: so so many mods to do to the mk5. As you'll already have saw on this forum.

Good to see another Scot.

Does seem like there's a great bunch of guys on this forum which is always good. I'm less worried if I ask a silly question now haha.

Dirty diesel, owned a couple in my time, nothing wrong with a bit of diesel reek in my opinion haha. As you've said there is plenty of mods to be doing. No idea where I'm going to start. So many things I want to do.

Thanks for the welcome boys. It's appreciated.
