Found water in boot

Well I've found my boot half full with water and the only thing I can think it is after testing a few areas is the boot seal, does anyone know where's the best place to find a new one? I've tried eBay but nothing on there

You'd be better off trying to find the actual cause of the leak instead of assuming it's the seal.
Sit inside the closed boot and get someone to run a hosepipe over each section (ideally you'd have removed as much of the trim inside as poss) - it could be leaking from rear ligh unit, vent behind bumper, high level brake light, etc

I've done that and can rule out the light, it's either coming from the plastic bit at top of the boot that Carries the wires which I've siliconed or the boot seal on that corner. The seal looks a bit worn there also
