Turbo to OEM cat back (only the down pipe - hence thread title)

Piperwerx mates with OEM cat back without reducer

Ok so to clarify, will there still be a CAT in place anywhere? or is it as stated above, where both CATs are deleted through use of this downpipe? (I have no idea where the CATs are on this exhaust, my current car (Lupo) has one CAT and I know where that is  )

It deletes both catalytic converter
it bolts to the hot side of the turbo and goes back to the back box
It already has a reducer built in it is a direct replacement for the oem

Does the turbo feel like it spools up much quicker with the decat pipe installed with a standard exhaust.. Or is there any real benefit as the standard exhaust is quite small in diameter?
