Spotify and rns 510
« on: November 07, 2013, 08:32:40 pm »
As above does anyone use this in offline mode with an iPod or iPhone? If so is it working fine?

I've got an alpine single din that works perfectly with iPod but it won't play spotify offline playlists.

I'm considering a new headunit but if it doesn't work with the rn series i'll look elswhere.

Much appreciated, even if it works via the iPod lead letting you change tracks through the steering wheel controls without skipping to the iPod playlists I'd be happy.

Works fine on my RNS510 rev H using the 7P6 Bluetooth module. Both in online and offline mode. Streams artist, track name and album titles from my iPhone 4S

Cheers. I've got it working with the Alpine now, I have to play the iPod first so it recognises te connection then switch to spotify which plays instead of the iPod playlists.
