Calling all Surfers/Bodyboarders.

Any of you fellow forum members surfers or boarders?

Always brings a smile to my face to see a modded VW (especially mk5) with a surfboard/s strapped to the roof!

Where do you all surf?

I don't surf but have always wanted to, I'd probably go to Abersoch / Anglesey but it'd be brave at this time of year

:) I do but not often now! always down Fistral Beach for me!

I say a little Fabia vrs with a board on the top, and looked like it was gunna lift the car with the wind :p

Loved surfing for a day in lanzarote..

Still trying to justify a short board.. I have a kayak though! I just need some roof bars!

I used to live in Woolacombe, was spoilt and got to surf and bodyboard everyday, now I live in London and the Thames or Southend just doesn't have the same appeal!!

Woolacombe is awesome, Croyde & Saunton great too! Used to love it in the summer, the VW camper crew come out in force!!

Woolacombe mainly, but Newquay off season ( winter) as you don't get all the Chavs there
