New mod for my soot chucker its abit bright in here
« on: September 18, 2009, 06:14:10 am »
I picked these up from a breaker in Huddersfield the other day,  got them for a princely sum of £300 I was well chuffed.  They have a couple of tabs that are broken but they have been repaired with the VW repair kits,  Im just waiting for the adapters and then I can get them on the Golf.

It's got to be the best mod i have done to date on mine. Well worth it for the difference it makes to the look of the car and most importantly the light output. Like T88OMM says, i wouldn't be without them either...

I wouldn't mind getting a set of these myself.

Apart from the headlights themselves, is there anything else I should be on the look out for at the breakers to get them installed and working correctly?

Sorry if this seems a bit of a stupid question, I'm a bit of a noob to this.

Glen.

Thanks all I carn't wait to get them in but just awaiting the adapters from Kufatec.

Glen have a look on Kufatec.de or .com cos there is an american site now aswell has the german site,  they sell the adapters to change the plugs from a 10pin on the holagens to a 12pin on the xenons.
