I'll be looking at upgrading my Golf R's brakes to some BBK's and ive got my heart set on these

These are Brembo GT 6 pot calipers with 350x34 2 piece rotors.
I have a few questions regarding these
1) Would anyone here have installed these on their Golf and if so, how did you find it?
2) is it compatible with the factory brake master cylinder?
3) when the rotors do wear out, where do I purchase replacements and how much roughly?
4) when the pads wear out, where would you be able to get some?
