Part number request - bulk head cable clip

I need to replace both of the cable clips attached to the engine side bulk head as both have failed. After a fruitless visit to both my local Skoda Garage and VW dealership both were unable to locate the part number.

What I need is:


The hold the return pipes from the boot controller on the bulk head.

Any thoughts guys :)
