Ah i wasn,t sure if you meant up the pod or something, there has been lots of debate about the subject but one or two wont do it much harm i wouldn,y have thought. :chicken:

For a while, people were worried that Launch Controls were all logged and were limited, but time has proven otherwise.
However, it will stress your clutches and drivetrain, but so will doing The Pod anyway (which is why I ain't doing it).
Sunglasses Ron:
Have run mine at Pod twice and Inters once with a total of about 12 runs in the Ed30 and never had a problem in the 22k it's done now. But it doesn't really get driven hard 90% of the rest of the time, so probably equals out nicely..
If you have DSG Billyboy, then I would do (like me) about 4-5 runs and leave it at that, as unless you proper light up, your times will be consistant as can be... So not much point in trying to get a big improvement, as propably won't happen..
The only reason i may do a few more runs is if people want to run against me..
