retro fit cruise control

hi ive got a 56 plate mk5 gti, am i safe to assume all i need to retro fit it is that i only need the stork and vcds?
ive tried reading through past treads but its all a bit confusing!

also whats the correct stork part number if thats all i need

At least a steering controller will be needed and possibly an extra wire.

Possibly Shouldn't need the extra wire, think that was really early MK5's.
But new kits come with the wire in the box.  Just a bugger to fit.
