New dsg selector fitted..good news..but..
« on: November 22, 2013, 09:49:22 pm »

Just a quick update and some advice please. My car has now had a new selector fitted and starts/runs fine - however, my Indy said they haven't been able to remove the error codes or the flashing PRNDS lights. They aren't VW specialists, but said they have a new bit of VAG kit they're going to try tomorrow. My question is, will they be able to remove the codes, as they would do after a service etc or will it need proper coding? He said the gears are shifting well in D and are changing up/down in trip mode.
