hmmm, should be a close one,  although no manual is a match for a quick shifting DSG

237BHP phylis v 250 Standard GTi Remaped stage 1, lets hope its more powerful then redRobins which ive chased before.DSG IS WORTH 30 BHP equive manual.

All down to the start and my new years gift to stand me in good sted  or Joe eats one too many at Krispys

^^^ Strange that VW Driver mag never seem to be able to make the DSG ED30 accelerate quicker than a manual?  :P

it should be a close one, joe's torque curve is higher but drops away up the rev range whilst my hold around 240-250ilbs ft accross the range, cars will only reach 100mph down a quarter mile, so he might get away quick but i should close in come the finish where the larger turbo and boost may hold out. Photo finish possibly?

Come on phil, dsg a 30bhp advantage :signLOL:
I think 10-15 tops. Joe could always leave his foot planted when shifting to keep the turbo spinning all the time
