Trying to set this up for my Dad, first time he has ever had a computer.

Have got him logged into the site but the live sport wont play.

Do you have to d/l the BT sport app as well before you can stream the live sport??

Hi Mate,

I have it and AFAIK i just go to the wesbite, log in and click on live play and it should play after you select BTSport 1, 2 or ESPN

Hope you get it sorted mate!

You don't need WMP, Quicktime, Silverlight or suchlike installed, too?

Cheers, thats what i am not sure about as have given him my wife's 7 yr old Toshiba laptop as not worth buying one as wont use it much.

The internet is connected and working although does seem verrrrryyyy slow to load.

Got the BT sport up and running for him by clickin on the interviews of Mourinho etc so assumed was ok but then when tried to click on a live Serie A game - Chievo vs someone nothing happened and same with the basketball...

I am useless with computers myself you see... prefer my abacus

Yeah as laptops age they do tend to slow down with so much on them and being deleted as all still on the HDD.

Yeah sometimes ive found it to be slow or not work but persevere with it and it shall work for you

Haha no worries mate any questions just ask  :happy2:
