Golf Mk5 Electric Folding Mirrors when Remote Locking

The SEAT leon has mirrors that fold on remote locking
The Golf Doesn't

The definitive answer on this that it is down to the Door controller.
I tried a SEAT Leon Controller in Nadlads Car today when I fitted Folding mirrors and the mirrors fold on remote and open when the ignition is turned on.

But before you go and buy the new door controller.. I had trouble with it

It wouldn't accept the coding for LED indicator and Ambient Puddle light
They did work when I did an output test

Hi, did you manage to get the indicators and puddle lights to work at the end?

Have you got the part number of the Seat control module used by any chance?

Interesting Eddie, could it be the number of outputs they have available as you don't get Leon's with mirror indicators ( not sure about puddle lights). Is there an a3 module that would work as think they have all the right options?  Led indicator! Puddle light and I believe remote fold.
