Oil warning light - do I need to reset it?
« on: November 28, 2013, 07:29:30 am »
Morning Everyone :)

My Oil warning came on yesterday morning as the oil was low.

I topped it up to within the markers & left the car to settle overnight however this morning my oil warning marker has not gone offf - do I need to manually reset it?

Many thanks :)

I've just read on another forum that it could be a microswitch in the bonnet, can anyone elaborate at all?

Open the bonnet and try closing it again.
