New Whip...
« on: April 15, 2014, 05:35:17 pm »
Not VAG again I'm afraid, but I will come back eventually..  :happy2:

Anyway, 135i is out and this is in -

Bit of rivalry with mate's new motor

Full spec -
Mountain Grey Metallic
19" Matt Black wheels
Red calipers
Reversing Camera
Mirror package
Heated Washers
Heated Seats
AMG Exhaust
Command Online
Harman Kardon Speakers
Kidney Replacement application

So far very very happy (apart from the Halley's Comet stone chip I got on day 2  :fighting:). Feels a lot more like my frantic Stage 2+ Ed30 than it does the BMW (which certainly has it's plus points) - just with traction this time  :driver:.
Added a few subtle mods including the front parts of the aero kit and Edition 1 centre caps. Also have a few more little mods to go on over the next few weeks, so will update accordingly (feel free to ignore if not your bag  ).

Back to my hot hatch routes again  :happy2:

Was wondering if you still had the Beemer or not. New car looks awesome mate, what's it like performance wise compared to the mapped '35?

Will post up soon as I am out and about at the minute. But it's basically the same as this, but with the steering wheel on the right side

Looks good in that first shot! I had a blast in one the other week lots of pops and bangs what are the tuning potential of these going to be like?

Pretty decent (although early days). Tuning box gives up to 420bhp (depending on what settings you have it on. Fully forged lump, so big blower will see silly figures..
Will be an 11 sec car with tuning box on.

What are these like power wise and spec wise, Is it true they're only a 2.0 litre?

Looks brilliant fun, there's one at my work and I was amazed by how low and squat they sit - absolutely nothing like the pics impression.

Proper car.  :happy2:
Sideways yo!
