Das6pro first attempt

Hi everyone

so I bought a Das6pro in the group buy on Detailing world

I also got some hex logic pads and maguiar's 105 & 205

I am lucky enough to have a mk1 cabby I am breaking so I thought I would have a practice on the bonnet 





this was after using the maguiar's 105







then after the meguiar's 205









really pleased with how it come up its going to take me an age to do a whole car

Looks good. I had my first attempt with a DAS6 Pro this summer on my last car. I didn't spend enough time on it so didn't get all marks out, but the results are great. My Golf has a fair few swirls on it. Can't wait until after winter to give it a full detail

Need to get a bright light on it really to be 100% and make sure no other markings are there but looks good for a first attempt mate nice one.
Take it you prepped the surface, clay etc before polishing?

yeah I clayed it before got the DA out

That's a pretty amazing transformation.  I'm new to VAG cars but I hear the paint is very hard and takes a lot of passes to get a result.
