The Death Star (jetta 2.0tfsi) **NOT A HAPPY BUNNY**
« on: November 30, 2013, 10:42:03 am »
Well thought id add photos of the jetta before i get too carried away and she completely looks amazing ha ha ha

2.0 tfsi but with a 100000 miles on the clock (ex rep car with only 1 owner from new) so has full service history.
It does have a few paint work issues that need to be addressed after all them motorway miles theres a chipping on the door and a terrible attempt at covering a scratch on the rear quarter!

so far all ive done is change the grill and add a vortex splitter, oh and a neuspeed induction kit.

other then that shes completely standard

cheers for looking any comments welcome and watch this space  :drinking:

Finally some pictures Lewis.

Black looks good on a Jetta, I also like the way you are slowly removing the chrome  :happy2:

What other plans do you have for it?

then just got too save some pennys for the gli side skirts and miltek exhaust (just going cat back for now though) !!

after all that who knows ha ha ha i have a special set off rims to go on but struggling with fitment so i think ive got to rebuild them  :sad1:

Thats a long list so close to Xmas
Be careful of the R-line grills as they don't really fit the Jetta bumper, the outer corners are too curved!! Polo tried fitting them to his bumper  :scared:
Can only be jealous that you are fitting air, would love to be riding on air but life just don't let me  :signLOL:
SL55 alloys will look  as do the depo with HID's
Vortex splitter looks great, will the skirts be smoothed?
Great progress in such a short time and I think you got the expensive mod's out of the way  :happy2:

Keep up the pictures

yea im getting the tires done an air in then backing off the cards abit and letting them build back up and i suppose i should buy some xmas presents at some point ha ha ha!

i saved myself a grand on the air as its second hand but only 2 months old and still under warrenty so id of been stupid not too  8)

gutted with the r-lines but i will make them fit ha ha and im not sure about whether or not to smooth the skirts over as its more paint work lol

whats your next plans the jetta

unfortunatly rebuilding my e50's is another expensive one

Well drop the car off yesterday at Airtechnik in Sheffield. I've heard good things and seen some of there work so it wasn't a hard choice to make!!

My rims still arnt with me so abit of a let down with the courier (never had trouble with them before)

So can't wait for Friday when I get chance to pick it up cause you know I'm just going to be playing all Saturday with the air lol
