A Midget in the glove box knocking

As the title says, when the heating on 1/2/3 squares on the speed. You can hear a knock knock knock. Its always 3 times now and the. Its often it does it, say twice a minute hit or miss. When you switch off the heating, it knocks and you can hear it stopping.

What part of the heating system behind the glove box? What would it be?

i get it too. i think its perfectly normal though.
