Peak torque also seems to come a bit late, was the RR calibrated correctly to your RPM?

My mistake, sorry APR! its the Edition 30 has a smaller Cam lobe then the Golf Rs etc etc, that's why they produce more torque not the pump, there the same. Whoopsy, didn't read the email properly.

Still should be over 300ft/lbs though!

Graph looks out, standard GTI makes more power at 3k which just isn't true...

Other than that I wouldn't be bothered chasing high torque it will only cause you to look at replacing the clutch sooner and traction issues unless a linear map.

Before any witch hunt for lost power/torque it might be worth trying a different dyno.  You get a fairly substantial variation between dynos/operators so it could easily be that dyno or operator being les than accurate
