Windscreen wash front and rear not working.
« on: December 10, 2013, 04:32:25 pm »
Hi all, I have looked all over the forum and elsewhere and I cannot seem to get my washers working. I have tried the fuses both in the car and under the bonnet and they are all ok. The headlamp washers are working fine, the reservoir is full and the pipes are not frozen. I try to operate the washers and nothing apart from a clicking coming from the interior fuse box. Before I take it to someone to have a look at and charge me the earth I thought I would ask here. Thanks in anticipation.

Faulty stalk probably.

Highly unlikely that both motors have gone at the same time... although mine did pack up within a week of each other.

Scannn ittt.

Thanks for the reply but there doesn't seem to be any one with a VCDS around my area. I'm in Peterborough.

Possibly a faulty relay?
